Call for Papers:

Dear Undergraduate Students

Borneo Undergraduate Student Forum (BUAF) is an International conference intended to provide a space for undergraduate students in all over the world to meet and discuss important and challenging issues in which they are working on. BUAF is also established in response to the needs of undergraduate students as young scholars to participate in the call for promoting the discovery, innovation, advancement and dissemination of basic and transitional knowledge in all related disciplines, both science and social science. We aim to encourage young scholars to revolutionize the future by promoting legitimate and effective research.

For the year of 2021, the BUAF 5th welcomes original research articles/manuscripts as long as their research questions are important, new, and relevant to general readers and their designs are appropriate and robust. It invites papers that fit the main theme “People and Science in the Covid-19 Outbreak.” The following are possible sub-themes for your contribution:

  1. Religion and Industry revolution 4.0 in the time of pandemic covid-19
  2. Education and Millennial generation in the time of pandemic covid-19
  3. Quran, Hadits, and Contemporary Tafsir in the time of pandemic covid-19
  4. Law/Islamic Law and Human Rights in the time of pandemic covid-19
  5. Economy/Islamic Economy, Free Trades and MEA in the time of pandemic covid-19
  6. Popular Islamism, dakwah, and mass media in the time of pandemic covid-19
  7. Politics, democracy, and trans-national religious movements in the time of pandemic covid-19
  8. Science and technology within High Education Institution in the time of  pandemic covid-19
  9. Philosophy, arts, culture and local tradition in the time of pandemic covid-19
  10. New sub-themes will be considered to be included in the conference with notes

All accepted and presented papers will be published in a Proceeding Book. Please ensure submitted articles conform to the internationally accepted criteria and are prepared in line with the BUAF 5th template (see the Author Guidelines).
